We are extremely grateful to share our wonderful experience at Manipal Hospital, Sikar Road, Jaipur, where our beautiful baby girl was born. This journey of 9 months has been the most emotional and memorable time of our lives, and it wouldn't have been so smooth and reassuring without the amazing team of doctors and staff at the hospital. A special and heartfelt thank you to Dr. Arti Mahala, Dr. Neha Godara, and Dr. Sushila Ma'am. From the very first consultation to the day our baby was born, these doctors stood by us like pillars of strength. Their calm and composed nature, coupled with their clear and patient explanations, made a world of difference for us--especially as this was our first baby and we were naturally nervous and anxious. Dr. Arti Mahala and her team made sure we were well-informed at every step of the pregnancy. Whether it was about regular checkups, scans, diet, precautions, or the final delivery process, they explained everything with such clarity and kindness that it eased all our worries. Their reassuring words and constant support made this journey feel safe and filled with positivity. Throughout the pregnancy, we felt truly cared for--not just as patients, but as people going through one of the most special moments of life. I had an excellent experience at Manipal Hospital. From the moment I arrived, the staff was courteous, attentive, and professional. The hospital is well-maintained, with clean and modern facilities that immediately instill confidence. The doctors were highly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the diagnosis and treatment clearly. I especially appreciated their patient-first approach and how they made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the process. The nursing staff was equally commendable--kind, responsive, and efficient in their care. Appointments and procedures were handled smoothly, with minimal waiting times, and the administrative team was helpful in managing insurance and billing. Overall, Manipal Hospital delivers a high standard of healthcare, combining advanced medical technology with compassionate service. The hospital is really good, but the people in the parking department are the worst. We come here for treatment, not to be insulted. There's a very rude girl staff member at the main gate -- what kind of behavior is this? If I can pay bills worth lakhs, do you think I'm going to run away? I just came in the evening to collect a report, for which I had already made the payment in advance. I couldn't return the same day. When I came back after 3 days, my vehicle wasn't even in the hospital parking, but still, they charged me for 3 days -- which is totally wrong. I told the security guard that I had already given the money and the parking slip to him the day before yesterday. But if I never even parked my vehicle there, then how can they charge me like this? This is nothing but cheating. When I confronted the guard, he just said it's not his responsibility. So, when there's an issue, everyone backs off? I will take this matter to the Consumer Forum.

Currently taking treatment from manipal. There ward services are very poor even in semi deluxe ward. AC is not working since admission but no correction even after complaints. In night there service personnel viz. Water supply, taking vitals etc. does not react to bell. They just come, give assurance and go back. Doctor is good. Need to improve the passenger experience.

My mother Mrs. Suman, was operated under Dr. Monika for stone in her Gall Bladder and I am extremely happy and satisfied with the treatment. She was very kind and friendly and took care like a family. She ensures to spend time with each patient and makes them understand the underlying health problems and suggests the best treatment. We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Manipal Hospital, Sikar Road, Jaipur, where my father was rushed to the emergency room with severe abdominal and chest pain.
