I had an MRI done at (goyal hospital) and was extremely impressed with the entire experience. The staff was kind, professional, and took the time to explain the procedure in detail. The technician made sure I was comfortable and checked in with me throughout the scan. The machine was modern and the process was much quicker than I expected. Results came back faster than anticipated. Highly recommend this facility for MRI services.

The doctors at Goyal Hospital are very good at treating and listening to patient's ailment.But the staff at pharmacy and opd counters specially rghs one are equally rubbish. They just give you unnecessary attitude and make you feel like inferior and not at all approachable.I visited this hospital recently and would like to share some feedback that I hope the management takes seriously. The staff at the OPD counter and the pharmacy seemed overwhelmed and not properly trained to handle the patient load. There was confusion during registration, and some of the staff were not very approachable when patients asked for help. Similarly, the pharmacy service was very slow, and there was little regard for people waiting. I believe this hospital has the potential to offer good care, but the frontline staff need better training in communication, empathy, and efficiency. Improving these areas would make a big difference for patients and their families.
