Tulsi Sewa Kendra's homeopathic hospital

Tulsi seva kendra is the finest medical facility in sridungargarh,but I cannot tell this anymore. My mother,63 yrs old is a diabetic patient. We had consulted Dr.Ankit Swami as she had complaints of cough.On further investigations,doctor had suggested to get her admitted due to drop in sp02 levels and also the glucose levels should be continuously monitored as it would rise due to steroid and antibiotics administration. We had immediately admitted her,and that was the worst decision we made. There is no nursing staff in the hospital . There is duty staff here who is least bothered about the patient care. We need to continuously call them and remind them of their work. No glucose levels or spo2 was monitored. Until 30 hrs of admission,the doctor didn't even bother to check through the glucose levels.,he didn't even know what insulin my mother has been taking . My mother's glucose levels was 600 on checking. The doctor was still very casual about it and told "ye toh badhega hi steroids ki wajah se". Due to severe negligence of the doctor and the duty staff, my mother would have to face dire consequences. It is the duty of the attending physician to control the glucose levels,but it didn't happen so. We took a discharge from the hospital and shifted to a better facility. I will never recommend anyone this careless medical facility .

Hours long wait for a simple stupid report because the staff takes an hour break in the name of toilet breaks. No complaint helpline. No emails. Nothing provide to raise this to incharge/higher authority. Because of limited available access to medical resources in the town, no better /other options, plus doctors collaborations. Unfortunately can't do anything.

The service is too much good. You are able to take medicine when it's complete but you need your check up receipt. The charge was 10 rupees only. That was nominal according to me. In these place , My family members take treatment also. The doctor is old. The doctor given service before I am born here. All of you know very well that the medicine of ayur ved take time but it's complete destroy the disease. In Sri Dungargarh , most of the people prefer to take medicine from these hospital . Rich , Middle and Poor people coming here. There are never compare to anyone with the quality and other things etc They provide you best of the treatment for yourself. Which is good for you at 10 Rupees cost only
