What more can you ask for when you get such quick and efficient consultations while ensuring that you'd know what you should do to ensure a speedy recovery? i've recently been getting dr gui on manadr, as im not feeling well. today he consulted me, as i got period cramps. and usually my cramps would be really painful for the first two days. when i consulted other doctors and requested for two days mc with that reasoning, they would understand. instead this doctor said if my cramps not better tmr, i should visit a physical doctor? this is unreasonable because period cramps are different from usual sickness. i know my own body, hence why i requested for two days mc. and he LIKES to guilt trip me by bringing up my recent consultations and saying i have an issue so should visit physical doctor. i already have the medication for it, thats why i'd rather stay home and have online consultation to get an mc for rest. because i did not spend $20 thinking i would be getting two days mc like i usually do only for him to disregard my sickness like that and talking to me like im FAKING my sickness and keep recommending me go to a physical doctor. i have the necessary medication, i dont see a reason of going to physical doctor cos they're just gonna ask me the same question and i have to spend AGAIN. this doctor is truly just out to get my money honestly. always a bad experience with him. overall, super bad attitude and really stuck up. so uncomfortable to even have a doctor that DO NOT care about my wellbeing.

This YEO HUI FANG CHARMIAN doctor doesn't have the professionalism expected of a medical professional. I see a doctor because I'm unwell, not to be lectured. If you don't respect others, then don't expect others to respect you . Your company should really evaluate a person's character before hiring them.

Unprofessional called : Dr Yeo Hui Fang Charmian Pls all take note this person wondering how can she be a Dr? They way she talked and attitude hang up the call without any end conversation. You can check from the recording how the way she treat patient. Pls take course to improve yourself before to be a professional Dr.

Waited for 15min before I could even get my appointment and I was the only person looking for a doctor. The counter staff also cannot speak loudly and clearly, she kept asking for my ID and I do not know what she is asking for until the fifth time she said it.

Google says clinic open at 6.30pm. Sign Board outside says open at 6pm. I came at 6.50pm. Waited until 7.30pm. Should change the google and sign board timing

Dr Angela Tan attended me this morning and she is very patient, gentle and helpful. As I needed a referral to see a specialist, she helped to ensure that I am consulting the specialist which is a panel from the insurance company. The receptionist is also very helpful and friendly. She has to call several specialist clinics to ensure I got the correct specialist and helped to get their add for me. Thank you for the kindness and this truly helps the patient to ease some of the burden and worries.

Serve by Dr. Chua Ming En Timothy I want to complaint he is terrible and so rude patient was food poisoning and diarrhea from yesterday until today he only ask what eat then while I say out he just say WHATEVER LAH How can a doctor say like that ? Then just end the consult and never say what to take note
