Extremely Disappointing Experience It's been a week since I visited this hospital, where I had booked an appointment with a male doctor. Unfortunately, the entire experience was frustrating, and I still regret choosing this place. Poor Management: I arrived at 6:00 PM and wasn't done until 8:30 PM. Patients are treated like a herd, with no proper queue or system in place. The nurses were unresponsive and seemed indifferent to patient concerns. Overcharging: Every step comes with a separate charge -- pre-paid consultation, additional fees for injections, and even for basic medicines. There's no transparency in billing. I was charged rs.350 just for a viral fever. Unskilled Staff: The nurses appeared inexperienced and careless. I was administered an injection in an extremely rough manner, and they treated me more like livestock (a buffalo) than a patient. I've never had swelling from an injection before, but even after a week, the swelling hasn't subsided. Overall: A deeply unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

#Well experienced as AN and PN mom for my sister pregnancy. Their specialty is they try only for labour natural. Un fortunately my sister didn't cooperate for the labour pain. After LCSC Their hospitality is well&good

worst hospital. too costly. no maners. wrong scan report given by them. actually doctor reviews on 2nd july but they gave a report copy of 27th june. after many arguments they simply said as old report not saved. now they again doing scanning. is this the right way for a reputed hospital if it's continues many problems will arise. be aware friends. kindly check yours, all reports are correct as before leaving this kind of hospitals

One of the best hospitals for a normal delivery. Dr. Pavithra mam, I really want to thank her for taking care of my two deliveries successfully. During my second delivery, I had a very short cervix and fibroids, but she managed my pregnancy up to 37 weeks without any cerclage procedures. She successfully delivered my baby through natural birth. If you want to have a normal/natural delivery, this is the best hospital in Ambasamudram. Due to the excellent service she provides, there's often a crowd waiting for daily appointments, but it's worth the wait to meet her on the appointment day for a safe and normal delivery. The hospital and Dr. Pavithra are continually working to improve their facilities. To put it in one word, Dr. Pavithra mam is like a god to me, safeguarding my babies... ...she is a blessing to the people of Tirunelveli, providing world-class service in labor care

I admit my daughter 4 second delivery on april 2025 both the doctors,staffs treated as very well just like their family members Especially who wants normal delivery HITHESH HOSPITAL is the right place to go Compared to other hospitals they charge low cost of amount for delivery and family planning keep going guys congrats to all

Good care both doctor (gynaecologist) and all the nurses. The only hospital and doctor wen we approached told tat she will first try for normal delivery and if not possible oly will go for c section and did the same. Wen I went for consultation 10 days before the due date she first analysed the previous scan and documents den she examined me and told no need to worry can get admitted once pain come, if no pain get admitted 2 days before the due date tat is enough. All the conditions are good. She was very polite and all the nurses are caring and polite. In the tirunelveli zone I went to 3 hospital before visiting her all the three doctors were rude and money minded also the handle me very rudely. Also all 3 wants me to get admitted immediately (10-15 before due date). And few doctors want me to do immediately C-section. And out of all the hospital in tirunelveli zone only hospital tat do normal delivery and try for normal delivery. All other oly c section. Even I have seen in other 3 hospital teju oly lead the patient to c section. Here Dr Pavitra do mostly normal delivery. Wen I was admitted out of 4 delivery 3 was normal oly one was c section Yes ofcourse hospital is small but doctor is well experienced and handling patients in correct and polite way.

Very worst hospital, operation theatre doesn't have a share auto space, wall of OT has blood splash, surgery tools are simple on floors no space for standing too, left the operated organs for a whole day in OT. Most of the nurses behaviours are very worst. Also if you want to do reimbursement the bill, there will be no cooperation from the hospital they won't provide proper bill. They will give only 50% in the bill. Poor response from doctor. They are doing robb in the name of pregnancy scheme. They ask you to pay 35k Only, but atlast it would be 65k. Pls don't go this hospital. Worst worst worst...if any govt. officials note this review pls take action on them.

Very disappointed I came 12:45 pm to hospital Waiting for almost 3 hrs.. Still doctor is not in.. also restroom is not clean as well
