I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff and pharmacy team at Sundaram Hospital, Attur, for their prompt and compassionate response during a recent emergency involving my mother, who sustained a Category 3 dog bite while attending a function in a remote rural area. As an Emergency Medical Officer stationed in Tirupur, I urgently requested the administration of the Rabivax vaccine. The hospital team immediately understood the critical nature of the situation and acted with exceptional efficiency to ensure the timely availability and delivery of the vaccine. Their swift coordination and professionalism, even under rural constraints, truly reflect a commitment to patient care and medical ethics. I remain deeply thankful for their support during this crucial moment.

To all patients using insurance: Please make sure to check your eligibility and what is covered under your policy. Otherwise, the hospital may ask you to pay out of pocket. In my case, the insured amount for medical treatment was approved, but the hospital used a machine during treatment that wasn't necessary. They added it to the bill just for charging purposes. Since the insurance company rejected that part, the hospital collected the amount from me directly without even providing a bill. So please be aware and cautious. About treatment is okay.not fully satisfied money minded hospital...using non trained staffs college students.

The hospital offers a wide range of medical specialties, The doctors at Sundram Hospital are knowledgeable and approachable. They take the time to listen to patients' concerns and provide thorough explanations of the treatment plans. The nursing staff is caring and compassionate, ensuring that patients are comfortable and well taken care of. The hospital also has a good support staff, with friendly receptionists and helpful administrative personnel who assist with appointments.

Worst hospital in my life time, Dr only money mind, not proper response, staff not knowing anything, hospital name super Spacelist but not use any equipment only showing purpose all time take scan and lab test go to outside only that time use ambulance cost also. All time put bill only

I will share about sundram hospital facilities and services, Reason for choosing this hostipal good facilities and properly maintain patient room and heart full caring staffs . *well experienced and good carring doctors and staffs *Hospital staffs very active and every day concentrate in health of patient. *All staffs giving comfortable zone for patient *Properly maintening for patient room in daily basis. *staffs all are folowing proper madicine at ontime * Staff all are heart full and carring persons. thank you so much in sundram hospital for this giving opportunity

From my last experience, I informed one day earlier to incharge nurses and receptionist please prepare bill amount, breakup bill's and discharge summary sheet for early discharge. But There is no proper response from incharge nurse, so I asked bill amount to reception directly, for this incharge nurse questioning me harshly why you have gone to reception. On discharge date, we reminded for bill amount, breakup bill and discharge summary sheet, then they told that once doctor visits completed we will provide bill amount, breakup bill and discharge summary sheet. Doctor came at 12.30pm and told that baby is fine and discharge can be done. Around 2.30 we went and askeed incharge nurse, without any responsibility she told harshly from my side I sent file, if you want go and check with reception. When we went to reception they told again it will take around 1 hour. Then we argued with them and we said that we won't move from this place until you provide the bill. Then they gave only bill amount and we paid it. Again we asked breakup bill and discharge summary sheet, they told that again it will take 2-3 hours. We left hospital, just their target to collect money only and didn't give any breakup bill and discharge summary sheet Overall Doctors treatment is good and cleaning maintenance is good. But few staff nurses and receptionist behaviour worst. They are not ready at all to do their job quickly. Somehow they want to wait patients whole day on discharge date and without force/arguement they are not ready to give breakup bill and discharge summary sheet
