I recently visited Shahid Scan for the first time. The hospitality and the doctor's approach towards patients are truly commendable , humble and satisfying. While it's necessary to book appointments, even in emergency cases, the staff politely accommodates this process. Although the waiting time is a bit lengthy, I believe the quality of care makes it worthwhile.

The centre is well-equipped with advanced diagnostic technology, and the procedures were conducted efficiently with great attention to detail. The reports were delivered promptly, ensuring clarity and accuracy in the results. I especially appreciate Sarala for her personalized care and follow-ups, which gave us peace of mind throughout the process.
Worst service by the staff handling the scans. They asked us to wait until 4 PM, then kept saying, "wait another 5 minutes," "wait another 10 minutes." It's now 5:25 PM, and I'm still waiting with my 70-year-old mom.
One of the staff even told my sister before entering the scanning room that MRI scans will take time and said, "if you want, then wait." what kind of service is this?
On a positive note, one of the receptionists did try her best to accommodate us.
If you're planning to visit, make sure to manage your time carefully.

I recently visited Shaahid Scan Centre in Chidambaram, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the very start, I was impressed with how smooth the appointment process was, all thanks to Bhavatharani. She went above and beyond, answering all my questions patiently and ensuring everything was arranged without any hassle.
I also want to give a special shout-out to Nishanthi, who was in charge of the MRI scanning. She was incredibly polite, kind, and professional in managing the entire MRI screening process. It made the experience much more comfortable, especially since I was a bit nervous about the procedure. Her approach truly reflects the excellent service at Shaahid Scan Centre.
What amazed me even more was the state-of-the-art facilities available at the centre. Honestly, I've never seen such high-quality services, even in metropolitan cities or tier-one cities like Trichy. They even have an open MRI, which is a game-changer for people like me who suffer from claustrophobia or are on the heavier side. It made the entire MRI experience so much more manageable.
Once again, a big thank you to the entire team at Shaahid Scan Centre, and special kudos to Nishanthi for her outstanding care and professionalism. Highly recommend this place!
