We are ready to take the suggestions and correct the mistakes which could have happened.our sincere apologies to those who did not have a pleasant visit to our Hospital. Our Hospital is a Budget friendly hospital which treats patients with utmost care. Our Hospital is serving for more than 25 yrs in the place of shivaji colony and it started from scratch. The Chief doctor of our Hospital is one of the leading Physicians of Coimbatore and has been an eminent teacher in the Government medical colleges of Coimbatore. Our treatment protocols follow Government norms and we do not follow commercial treatment methods. Delay in certain aspects of the services is accepted and we will work towards correcting it. The new policies and the HR issues are a great challenge to small Nursing Homes like our Hospital and we are striving hard to reach the expectations. We are wholeheartedly accepting all the appreciation and the complaints posted . We are working towards a Better Future.

Dr.Isaac Moses, Receptionist and whole Nurse team thinking they are working in Government Hospital. Very worst doctor I have ever seen, 1. No respect for patients, 2. No punctuality, 3. Arrogant behaviour, 4. Don't know the knowledge of the majority of the illness, so it depends on the other Government of his old friend Doctors to visit patients, until 3 to 5 days they just keep patients to wait in room with basic medicine. 5. They are wasting precious time for patients to start correct treatment. 6. If you ask any cross questions to the Doctor regarding treatment, he will shout and will tell you I am not inviting you to come to my hospital for treatment, you only came here....like that stupid answer will tell to you. So before you visit the hospital you must think it is enough 1. All Poor teams. Starting to welcome patients. 2. Don't have the knowledge and skills of illnesses. 3. Poor infrastructure and cleanliness. 4. More waiting time for attending patients. 5. If required hospitalization also more days waiting for the relevant Doctor's visit, after that they will tell go and consult with that relevant Doctor's hospital.(Then why wating more days without proper treatment). In Coimbatore having more Good customer service and knowledgeable Doctors available, think, go and get good treatment pls.

Worst Service and I don't have option to give less than one rating. When you call Nurse Everytime you need to wait more than half n hour to nurse come. Highlight is they want payment but they wont provide proper bill. For bill you need follow for more than one week

I am residing in Salem.In 2020 July I had a foot ulcer. Meanwhile my foot was amputated and wound did not cure after visiting several hospitals in salem and coimbatore. Finally I went to a leading hospital in coimbatore doctor instructed me to do below knee amputation .. I came back with depression ... Fortunately by the Grace of God my Brother in law told about this hospital .. I came 10 days back to Bethesda Feb 28 ..The chief doctor Dr.Isaac Christian Moses examined me and gave proper treatment to cure the wound.. Now I am completely alright.. the wound was cured .. Thanks to Doctor and his team .. His service is excellent and tremendous.. This hospital staff and their Hospitality is a role model to everybody..'how to treat the patient '... Physico,Stupit and Idiot Doctor...no patience and curtousy to patients, behaving roude, arrogant and you can't ask any doubt regarding treatment...Whole staffs worst attitude... don't go this hospital.

they serve to the best, understanding the patients, all group of people come here for treatment & is crowded mostly a high profile, wonderful doctor of vast experience & knowledge, with full community service always cheerful which boosts patients morale patient care provided are excellent with nice staff, nominal fees, very good food provided on request at canteen what more can be expected in this clinical world (no suitable place for people who find fault) a right place for treatment, care, hospitality & budget friendly
