Appointment is all name sake. I do understand in a clinic time is not a constraint. But can give appointment based on the Dr. Visiting time for the day. So people who are coming need not wait and waste their precious time. Board in the clinic says timing from 5.30 p.m and for appointment call this no. When we call for appointment they say come by 6 and book your appointment. So what's the use of the no when enquired they told it's just to know whether the doctor is coming for the day. We reached there by 5.55 p.m and was waiting till 7.30 p.m Dr. Didn't arrive. So we left since we had to come a long distance back.
We saw lot of elderly patients waiting . So people be prepared.
