GKNM iOP (Outpatient Block)

I recently visited GKNM Hospital for a Master Health Checkup, and overall, I had a positive experience. Positives: * Efficient Process: The checkup process was well-organized. From registration to sample collection and consultations, the staff guided me at every step. * Experienced Doctors: The physicians took time to explain the reports clearly and suggested follow-ups where needed. * Cleanliness & Hygiene: The hospital premises were clean and followed good hygiene protocols. Areas for Improvement: * Waiting Time: Despite a pre-scheduled appointment, there was some waiting between departments .

Pros The staff are very sincere, smart and well trained. Well maintained spic and span. Other facilities are excellent. Good food court run by the famous Ananthas group. Cons: The master health checkup waiting area is extremely congested. People coughing and sneezing seated very close to each other in a small waiting area. Chances of getting an infection when you go for Master checkup is very much there. It is sprawling modern hospital with huge floor area. Spacious everywhere. I don't know why Master checkup people and their attendants are herded in a small waiting hall. May be a non priority area for them!

Excellent arrangements and cordial staff and good coordination. I came master health check and the staff there took care of me well and I could complete the check up fast. There is a good system here I am happy to give good marks for the iOP. Worth emulating to all health care providers. Thanks a lot

I visited Dr. Gandhi for alternative medicine treatment and had a really good experience. I was having menstrual issues, and through acupuncture, electropathy medicines, and simple yoga and breathing exercises, I saw great improvement. He also gave natural flower-based remedies which worked well for my body. Dr. Gandhi is very kind, listens with patience, and gives treatment based on individual needs. The hospital is neat, peaceful, and well-maintained. Highly recommend for those looking for natural healing!
