""Extremely Unsafe and Negligent Experience"" We visited this hospital for my child on 7th August. The doctor prescribed two medicines (prescription attached). Shockingly, the pharmacy first gave us an expired Lanzol tablet. Thankfully, we noticed it before giving it to my child. When my father went back to return the expired medicine, the hospital replaced it with Protera D -- a medicine not recommended for children. Since my father cannot read English, he trusted the hospital staff and brought it home. Once again, we caught the mistake before giving it to my 7-year-old. This is not just carelessness -- it is a serious risk to patient safety. Dispensing expired and inappropriate medicines, especially for children, is completely unacceptable and dangerous. Families trust hospitals to safeguard health, not endanger it.
