Pretty happy with the service overall. We did master health check up over here, and the package that they offer is quite attractive.. All the doctors are quite friendly and cooperative. Moreover, they managed to communicate the issue clearly.. They are so patient enough to listen to our health issues, after which relevant solutions / treatment have been given..Good hospitality.. Staff strength is also quite good as they allot 1 dedicated staff who is handling 4 patients at once.. A slight improvement in cafeteria menu is required though, as they options are only less..

I recently underwent a master health checkup at SSS Hospital in Erode, and I had an exceptional experience. The staff, nurses(ANU RADHA), and doctors were friendly and caring. Special mention to Dr. Jaydhurvan, the dentist - he's truly memorable and lovable! Overall, I'd rate my experience 10/10.

I have visited for master checkup. Eye specialist and ear,nose & throat specialist was friendly and easy to communicate take good care but the dental was not good, he do his checkup for formality general doctor and other staffs are good. Good infrastructure and having peaceful environment.

Booked for a master health check up , first gave a later date when called for appointment confirmation they say there is no such appointment and very rude behaviour by the staff. They cut the call while enquiry without giving further assistance i would never recommend this place to anyone. Being a new hospital they should have a basic courtesy to be polite.

Excellent atmosphere and Infrastructure. We doesn't feel like entering into hospital. New & High class equipments. Doctors are approachable, listen to our problems and Explains remedies clearly. Canteen facility and food good. Nurse and lab technician are taking good care . Digital payment option is available. Full body checkup scheme was highly appreciated with reasonable price. Ms Karthika and Mr Boopathi accompanied and supported us during Master Health Checkup process. Diagnostic and Treatment is Excellent.

Well maintain of hygiene and infection control.

As a Canadian was impressed with the services provided by SSS for the master HC. Starting from Receptionist Ms.Subathra who was kind enough to make a last minute change by understanding the schedule, the total experience was awesome. 5 stars to the entire team. Keep up the good work.
