I entered, the staff was polite and attentive. The front desk team helped with the registration process quickly, and I didn't have to wait long to see the doctor. The medical team was professional, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the consultation. The hospital environment was clean and well-maintained. The nurses were caring, regularly checking on me, and ensured that I took my medicines on time. I felt safe and in good hands during my stay. Special thanks to Dr. Sasithara for their excellent diagnosis and treatment. Their calm and kind approach really helped me feel reassured.

I always choose SAVIDHA MEDICAL CENTER AND HOSPITAL, even if I have the chance to have more children , because of its excellent ambiance and upkeep. While it may be slightly more expensive compared to other hospitals, it's definitely worth the cost. Why? The level of care they provide and the cleanliness of the hospital are unmatched. I also love the location and the helpfulness of the staff, who are always ready to answer any questions. Most importantly, the insurance team takes care of everything, which significantly reduces our workload, especially since we're already busy with family responsibilities and a newborn. The medical team is also excellent. Overall, I'm completely satisfied, but there's still room for improvement with the insurance process. Many insurance companies are asking for query letters, and while some are familiar with what these letters entail, if someone is genuinely in need, it would be helpful to check with the hospital management and consider their situation more closely. I'm from Erode, and my family members, who came from Namakkal, were really impressed by the hospital's maintenance. They always say it's a hospital worth being a part of, especially when it comes to bringing our prince or princess into the world here. In the end, just listen to Madam Sasithra and trust her advice--she has a wealth of experience. Unfortunately, in our case, my wife and I didn't heed her words, and we ended up coming in at the last minute. However, Madam did her job flawlessly and made our day unforgettable by giving us a beautiful baby boy.

Hospital is very clean and the staffs here are very polite and helpful. Doctor gives at most care in treating the patients.They do conduct pregnancy yoga sessions during second trimester. Inpatient rooms are spacious, you will feel like home. Service and cleaning is also good. Insurance department processed our claim faster. Also hospital has ample parking space, canteen, baby shop and juice shop.
