I have to give the rating zero for the mis behaviors of the receptionist and the cashier. Till billing I was not informed that doctor was not available at 1.00 pm and receptionist asked me to wait 3 hours. And I could see that consulting is from 9 to 3 pm. Next consulting time is st 6.00 pm . I asked for refund as I don't want to wait for 5 hours. Receptionist simply throw the file which is very bad and cashier is giving advice as if I had done mistake. Very poor response from this center and for small thing they are trying to misbehaving to patient.

They are not maintaining any precaution to avoid corona. They are not allowing in with footwear but they didn't arrange any thing for washing legs. Inside small place they have arranged for blood lab it's too dangerous. It might easily spread from one to another.
