This Sugapriya Hospital is capable of treating minor illnesses only.
The chief doctor Muthu is a old relic, doesn't know about the modern practices.
They are NOT CAPABLE in treating Critical (Heart) illnesses, as they claim; it's highly at risk of life, (will be a Death Trap).
The trainee nurse and doctor are compassionate but lethargic.
