RAMPRIYA HOSPITAL

I visited Rampriya Hospital recently and was disappointed with how the patient appointments were managed. The doctors were seeing patients in the order of arrival, and I was next after the person before me. However, a family who came after me skipped the queue and went in ahead of us, delaying my turn by over 20 minutes. When I asked, I was told they were "known to the doctor." This is extremely unprofessional and unfair to those who wait patiently in line, especially when it was not an emergency case. Hospitals should follow a proper appointment system and respect every patient's time equally. Preferential treatment causes unnecessary delays and sets a bad example of patient care. I hope the hospital management looks into this seriously and ensures a fair and transparent system for everyone.

I was diagnosed with Typhoid and took treatment at this hospital. I was able to speak to the doctor quickly and stayed in the hospital for two days. Very hospitable staff and premises were clean. Thank you.

I recently visited here and had a fantastic experience. The doctor was kind and knowledgeable, providing excellent care. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. All the nurses ,duty doctors all are well experienced and good in talking care of the patient. The clinic was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hospital and Dr.RAMKUMAR for anyone in need of medical assistance. Thank you for the great service!
