Cashless Insurance claim does not include discharge medical items, few medicines etc,. Already advance paid even though additional payment to be made for few medical items. It will be helpful if all bills claimed in insurance. What ever is not claimed in insurance, it shall be adjusted with advance paid. Kindly change your hospital process to ease the payment so that for patient or patient attender it will be easier to reconcile. ICU waiting area shall be kept Air conditioned so that mosquito bite will be controlled. When relative of patient attended, patient attender become patient. Pl modify the ICU waiting area. We found struggles during shifting of patient in lift from Emergency ward to ICU. Patient lift was kept power off by admin. Queue length was increased to ICU. Pl don't switch off any lift. Dr consultation is good. nurse and staff courtesy is good. Hygenic is maintained good.

I have made heart operation 8 years before , and I still don't have any problems. The hospitality of the hospital is very good

Last week I went to vadamalayan south gate for my grandmother health issue. Duty doctor seen my grandmother to suggested 1 day ip admission . After admission doctors given best treatment and finally given discount wen she discharged. Now grandmother alright . Thanks to management and continue this services who economically poor

I heard vadamalayan hospital south gate has a old age home . I visited hospital for asking regarding old age home. The reception staff wore specs person said elaborate all the details,fees structure and finally admitted to my relatives . Nice explanation
