By God's grace, we found Dr. Jameela Ponmalar at KIMS, Nagercoil -- and it was the best decision we made during our pregnancy journey. From our very first consultation, Dr. Jameela showed incredible patience and compassion. She took the time to answer all our questions -- about labour, epidurals, hospital policies, and baby care -- and assured us that she would do her best to support a normal delivery. At 38 weeks, my wife was induced due to a slight variation in the baby's heartbeat. From that moment, the care we received was nothing short of exceptional. Dr. Jameela stayed with us through the entire labour process, offering unwavering support. The nurses at KIMS were incredible -- so kind, encouraging, and respectful. They supported my wife through the pain and made her feel safe and strong throughout. What truly stood out was the postnatal care. The NICU team visited multiple times to guide us on baby care, feeding, and holding techniques. The nurses were always just a call away, whether it was helping with diaper changes or simply calming our baby. Every gesture was filled with care and love. We are also deeply grateful to the paediatricians, Dr. Vivek and Dr. Gibeah Harriet, who looked after our newborn with such dedication. A big thank you to Dr. Gowtham Ragu, the ENT specialist, for handling our baby's first hearing test so gently. The hospital provided everything -- hospital gowns, baby clothes, toiletries, diapers, wipes, and three meals a day -- all included in the room charges. The entire experience cost us 60,000, which is what many other hospitals charge for a C-section. But here, we received honest, compassionate care focused on a safe, natural birth. KIMS has brought together a remarkable team of doctors, nurses, and staff who are a true blessing to Kanyakumari. We're praying they soon add a rheumatologist to their team as well, so we don't have to travel to Trivandrum for other treatments.

Good hospital, behaviour of staffs very good. Security guards not much friendly. Dr. Gautam in ent department is efficient.

My father was recently admitted here, and the overall experience was very positive. The hospitality was excellent. Nurses were extremely caring and dedicated, and the doctors were very kind and explained everything clearly. We truly felt that my father was in good hands. However, I did notice that the nurses seemed a bit overburdened -- possibly due to a shortage of staff. I sincerely request the management to look into this, as nurses are the backbone of patient care. Thank you for the support and excellent care.

Visited KIMS for my long-persisting shoulder pain. Visited Dr Prejith who suggested physiotherapy as it could be helpful for my issue I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Reshma. She was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Even though shes so young, provided me with the proper guidance to resolve my shoulder pain effectively. Her expertise and care made a significant difference, and I highly recommend her.
