Ward 33, Bed No. 206 We are very happy with the care provided by Dr. Shanmugam (Pediatrician). He is extremely kind and attentive, and gave excellent treatment for our baby. The behavior of the nurses and staff was also very professional and supportive. The consulting doctors and dietitian were helpful, and the food quality was good. The hospital maintained clean and hygienic conditions, with prompt room service and well-organized housekeeping. Overall, a very positive experience--we are truly grateful for the care we received.

We are deeply grateful to the incredible PICU team who cared for our baby during one of the most difficult times in our lives. The doctors were not only highly skilled but also patient and reassuring, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all our questions. Dr. Arulraj and the Oncology Department provided exceptional care, significantly boosting our confidence by clearly explaining every procedure. My mother was recently admitted to the hospital and received exceptional care throughout her stay. I would especially like to thank Dr. Prasadh for his calm approach, clear explanations, and genuine concern for his patients. A special mention also goes to the staff nurses of Ward 5, who were consistently kind, attentive, and supportive. Their dedication and warmth truly made a difference in my mother's recovery. We are deeply grateful for the excellent care she received.

The staff in Ward 47 are excellent. They take great care of the patients, are very kind, and interact with us in a warm and respectful manner. The staffs at GKNM were incredibly kind and compassionate. They truly cared about our well-being.The doctors and nurses were highly professional and explained everything clearly... Dr.Chakravarthy,Dr.Akhil, Dr.Gowtham and Dr.Parvathy was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions. The nursing staffs of WARD 49 (Shobana (Ward Incharge), Senior Nurses(Bhuvana,Pavithra,Elakkiya,Christina,Thenmozhi,Mercy,Banumathi,Divya) Aadhitya, Ugandhana (PA) nd Kamali (PA) were attentive and responsive to our needs. Thanks to the Dietician and Physiotherapist who took care for our Mom The hospital's service was well-organized and efficient.I was pleased with the hospital's follow-up care and support till discharge. We brought our father to this hospital in a very critical condition. The doctors here gave us hope and have treated him well, helping him recover. All the doctors are very friendly and clearly explain anything we have doubts about. Whatever injection or treatment is given, they explain it to us properly. They are taking very good care, especially for stroke patients. Even after shifting to the general ward, the nurses have taken excellent care of him. This hospital has truly given our father a new life. The doctor who treated us - Dr. Selvakumar - provided extremely good treatment. The nurses - Kumutha, Jannath, Varshini, Vinisha, Nithya, Thirumalai Selvi, and Boomika , Tamil , Deepa And All Nurses - were all very caring. Cleaning staff - Keshav Chetry and Niru Chetry - kept the rooms very clean. They are all hardworking people. Don't be afraid to choose this hospital - they take very good care of their patients. Thank you to all the doctors and nurses!

I was treated by Dr. Arulraj. Had surgery and was in ward 6 - c45. Extremely happy and satisfied with all treatment and care. The doctors' personal care was good. The nurses were dedicated and every thing was on time. All other staff were pleasant. The only thing was the noise from outside the ward especially at night. Kept disturbing. Especially the corridor must be maintained as a silence zone. Would help patients recover sooner. The canteen should be quicker in supplying food. Had to make repeated calls. Happy with everything else.
