I visited Muthu Meenatchi Multi-Speciality Hospital on 1st August 2025 for a full body health checkup (2999 package) and had an excellent experience. The services were well-organized and efficient. A special thanks to Ms. Elaikiyaa, who guided me through every step of the process with patience and clarity. I also want to appreciate Dr. Sivaprakash for his thorough consultation and kind approach. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the quality of service and professionalism. First time for emergency I went to this hospital.kinly take note of the following suggestions . 1. Emergency ward has to be handled by experienced Doctor and Nurse. Min 12+ yrs is needed. 2. hygeine is pathetic. To be improved. 3. Washroom is untidy and stinking. 4. Cost is nominal. 5. Observation charge is to be excluded as there is no observation at all.its a additional charge. Overall in a scale of 10 Treatment is 6/10.

No Parking available. As per Indian rules on Health Dept parking is mandatory to run a hospital but this hospital doesnt provide parking for patients and attendants but only for doctors. Today an argument arose between me and the security guard on this issue. I parked the car in the parking area and the security told to move the car and park outside the hospital as parking is only for doctors. This has to be no such in this case. Hospital is for service and compatibility.

Very worst money minded management. You should take care on the payment. By kistake if you paid in advance and they recognized that they cant treat you or you wanted to discharge and go for other hospital then dont think about the money you paid in advance or in excess. They will make a bill for the whole amout whatever you paid. In my case my mom (not much educated) she paid advance 1.5lakhs during my fathers emergency treatment. The management did few treatments worth 10k and angiogram which cost 30k (Apollo and KMC price) and they tried Stunt process and failed on it. Somehow they can charge 10k for the materials. So total of 50k which becomes 1.39k after we approached them for discharge. With in 2 hrs they prepared a bill for the whole amoutn we paid and stupid think they mentioned one of the material for stunt installation which is 8.5 in the manufacturer website but they charged me 30k. Which clearly show the money minded management. Hospital becomes business centre not a service centre anymore. Be aware of this hospital. Highly recommended to no admit there at any case.

Very worst hospital ever I seen , these people are money minded ,my mother done surgery on this hospital before surgery saying package ammount only enough after surgery over asking extra money and then pre operative USG scan normal and post operative USG scan gall stones are there , after one week review doing usg gall stones not there very poor radiologist Very poor treatment don't recommend this hospital to anyone . this hospital don't have registered nurses and surgeons .

Remove the Nurses in Emergency care especially who is insensitive and not caring with lethargic attitude towards patient. They lack professional approach and very lethargic. They not only spoil the name of the Brand value but also cause severe dent in Healthcare Services. I doubt how MMH recruited such people who are not suitable Health Care Services. They may act like loyal yo Hispital but Definitely they Spoil the Brand Name literally. Take it or not its free advice.
