Dr. Krishnakumar is a best Cardiology Specialist, takes care patients very well with proper guidance. But I'm unable to understand the front desk people working here are having right sense and knowledge or not about how to communicate with patients. I called them to retrieve the receipt of reports taken here, but they don't provide proper response, and stating they don't maintain patient history more than 6 months. Even though I provide reports and claiming my bill details they start bargain these reports worth than the paid amount. So I agree the cons of front desk / receptionist mentioned in the below comments, also suggesting clinic to maintain proper records atleast for few years, because these records can be claimed by insurance service providers.

Dr. Krishnakumar is excellent in treating patients. He is so polite and respect his patients. But the attenders female over there behave so polite in front of doctor but they are very rude with patients when doctor is not there. Also the pharmacy person is extremely slow in giving medicines and people have to wait for atleast 15-20minutes at pharmacy. Please changr the pharmacy person or give proper instructions to him to act smart & fast.

Dr.subashini was excellent in handling patients.She spoke politely regarding the do's and dont's for diabetes in an understandable way to my mother.Prices were also reasonable. I would anytime recommend her for my friends and relatives.

Unfortunately the attendant / receptionist/ sister behaviour is very rude and they need extensive training in how to handle the patients and visitors, as the clinic deals with most important organ of our body. Please, patients come there for treatment and please do not make them severe patients after coming over there. Though there are several reviews on their rude behaviour and it seems the behaviour is same when I visited the clinic very recently.
