I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent care and hospitality provided at Anu Hospital. The overall treatment experience was very good. The doctors, especially Dr. Sivakumar, were extremely attentive, kind, and professional in their approach. His treatment was truly the best, and we are very grateful. The ICU facilities were well-maintained, and the staff provided great support throughout. The environment was clean and the service was prompt. However, I would like to kindly suggest the following improvements: Providing basic items like biscuits or light snacks during midnight hours would be helpful for attenders. Mosquito nets or screens on the windows would add to patient comfort and hygiene. Overall, our experience was highly satisfactory, and we thank the entire team for their dedicated service.

Very worst hospital. Bad experience. Only money money money. During a one day stay, a short female night receptionist was the only one who spoke politely and kindly. But the next morning the receptionist was very rude and disrespectful. I've had a truly appalling experience with Anu Multispeciality Hospital - Thanjavur. For four consecutive days, I tried to schedule a monthly check-up via their hotline. Each time, a rude receptionist took my details and promised a callback, which never materialized. Despite my daily calls, I received no appointment confirmation. Beyond the frustrating appointment process, the in-hospital experience is equally problematic. The staff members, including the watchman, lift operator, cleaners and other unknown staffs repeatedly harassed me for money, behaving like beggars within the hospital premises. This created a significant nuisance. It appears the management may be underpaying these staff members, forcing them to solicit funds from patients' families--amounts that often exceed the doctor's consultation fee. While the hospital might offer good treatment for cardiac issues, the unprofessional and rude behavior of their staff severely damages their reputation. They show no regard for patient satisfaction or the likelihood of return visits. I strongly advise against choosing Anu Multispeciality Hospital in Thanjavur if any doctor recommends it. Take your loved ones to another hospital that truly values its patients. The state medical council should review the activities of such a hospital and take appropriate action against its management.
