Today i visited KG Hospital for my skin facial issues.I waited almost 1 hours for doctor visit hospital.discussed with him and it took 2 minutes only.nothing more than 2 minutes.they charged me Rs.550/- for consultation fees. Just 2 minutes for 550 rupees.2 minutes suitable for explain my issues. Even doctors don't know what happened the skin.Dr.Manoharan - He's very fast like Maggi - your treatment time 2 minutes, only.. Worst service..Attached image is doctor consultant rooms in this hospital. I strongly recommended go other place for skin care related issues.. Please avoid for this hospital for money saving and time wasting..

One of the worst cheating hospital in Thanjavur I make advance payment for admission on November 2024 and all my insurance amount has been settled still 4 Months I had followed my advance amount was not returned and worst hospitality services ever seen.

high class of healthcare services with latest equipments......as per the prize i find it more economical then other private hospitals in thanjavur. the hospital is very clean & maintained that way.

Excellent care from staffs and docter...Maintaining good interpersonal relationship with patient and staffs.. My consulate doctor DR. Sethilkumaran sir very experience surgerying... 100%sucess good treatment. Very nice good hospital and careing hospital dr.visiting very kind sir Treatment very good sir... Good Hospital. Very very Worst Hospital Don't go for any Treatment. Only Money Money Money.

Worst experiences here. Treatment wise they offer good treatment. No proper management. No clean rooms always bad smell in floors.Food provided to patients are very worst.If you don't have money pls don't get hospitalized her.

After seeing many positive reviews, today we went for the Master Health Check-up but we were totally disappointed as per the service we received. 1. They welcomed us and nicely explained the health checkup plan. 2. They took us to the billing counter and we paid for those plans which we have selected. 3. Blood sample was taken by the lab person (before food) and he told us to come back after 2 hours of breakfast. 4. As we reached after breakfast, nobody was there to take care and we followed for ourselves to the next process. Later on they arranged dedicated nurse to guide for further test process. 5. Even height, weight and blood pressure not checked and recorded in our file. 6. Worst part is that ECG for female patients was done at the casualty ward ( No privacy and some male staffs entered while doing ECG). 7. Also we spent the whole day (From 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM) we received our test reports and nurses were confirmed as all the test reports are received and available in file. So we left the hospital and started to travel. 8. We got call from hospital at 7:00 PM and they told some test reports received and they called us back to hospital which was not possible as we travelled more than 50 kilometres far. 9. We requested the those pending test reports by WhatsApp or by Mail but still we didn't receive the same. We didn't expect like this service for master health checkup. Positive part is that hospital environment is very neet and clean and they have all the facilities for health screening.

Worst service.. I am from orathanadu, visited and had a worst experience for my mother... I was read all reviews and all negative reviews are having personal experience but all positive are only rating. Check attached review, name is shakila but in reviewer name is male. Review also singularly. How cheap are they putting ratings with own staff accounts. Dear management, Instead of putting own review, try to give some basic training to your staffs. They treated us very arrogant.. Doctor sir you have to train your staffs.
