Our Lady Of Health Hospital

Recently, we admitted my cousin for her labour, and except for the doctors, everything else in this hospital is terrible. You can't imagine how many hours you have to wait for everything, starting from getting medicines for the patient as well as the newborn. The worst part was the discharge summary. The doctor told me they would provide the summary for the mother and newborn around 9 AM. They were still preparing it until 2 PM, and by then the cash counter was closed. There were no proper timings or even a simple sign like "Will be back in an hour" after lunch. No one responds properly, not even the receptionists or head nurses. I wouldn't recommend this hospital unless you have a lot of patience to wait for everything and are committed to continuing with this doctor. Otherwise, find another hospital. If the management sees this, please improve your service instead of deleting my comment. Thanks.

Very worst experience I had in this hospital. One doctor is don't have the enough experience on the O&G I would say apprentice/Junior level she should work atleast 3 years under senior doctor to build the career. She is always ready to refer other hospitals not ready to provide the treatment in our lady hospital. Then why she is sitting in this hospital. This doctor mindset and thinking is without referral letter will not go to other hospitals. In this advance genration/2025 we are free to go any hospitals. My request to the our lady hospital management please don't allow such a doctors to meet the patient directly appoint the right experienced doctor. I met other doctor she is good.

Not clean .. lots of mosquitos Hospitals are giving free diseases to the patients who are coming for their treatments .

If you don't have problem... Money and surgery issues u can come here.. because ultimately they are saying to do operation.. mother BP is low very danger this like things they will say ..especially doctor jeenath

WORST PLACE : NEVER EVER PLAN YOUR TREATMENT HERE : Worst place, money minded people, no service moto..pure business . Everything is money, torchure you to the core for money. Asking you to buy all medicine, xray and blood test and not sure why they ask to pay advance. When you do all expences daily hourly basis.THEY CALL YOU EVERY HOUR AND ASK TO PAY FOR SOMETING.

We ask to the receptionist for Wi-Fi connection due to our mobile net work was jam . But the receptionist not give Wi-Fi pasword they told our management use only for official wrk they not shar any other person (patient).. this management attitude is very wort.so provided sufficient wrk Wi-Fi.

2k per day for room is not worth after delivery. Small room with no proper bed and restroom also not good. Doctor Sangeetha is very worst attitude. If we go for consultation she will never say anything. We should keep on asking what we should do after checkup. Better don't consult with Sangeetha. This hospital is not good and sisters are very rude. By name of Jesus these guys are cheating us. Please look for other hospital or GH for delivery.
