My experience at this hospital for IVF treatment has been extremely disappointing and emotionally exhausting. I genuinely feel that there was a lack of transparency, professionalism, and empathy throughout the process.
Firstly, they consistently used 3-day embryos for transfer, even though 5-day embryos are known to have a higher success rate. At no point was this explained or discussed with me. I was never clearly informed about the number of follicles, how many eggs were retrieved, or the quality of the embryos unless I repeatedly questioned them.
When I tried to ask questions, especially to Dr. Jasmin Thilak, I was often met with irritation or vague answers. Transparency was completely lacking. I underwent two embryo transfers, both of which failed. When she began preparing for a third transfer, only after persistent questioning did she finally reveal that the embryo was of C-grade quality with very low chances of success. I shudder to think what would have happened if I hadn't asked - they would have proceeded anyway, risking my health, money, and peace of mind.
Each embryo transfer cost at least 50,000, yet there was no proper billing or breakdown of expenses. There were no clear ethical practices followed--only an evident motive to keep filling hospital rooms and continuing treatments regardless of the emotional or physical toll on patients.
During my second transfer, I was even admitted supposedly to "safeguard" the embryo. I had serious doubts, but when I questioned her about the progress and success chances, she only gave false hope. Eventually, I consulted another doctor and found out my HCG levels were dropping. Shockingly, she had asked me to continue medications and injections, but then started skipping essential ones, possibly to allow the pregnancy to fail naturally. Once I stopped medication, I got my period in three days.
After informing her about my period, her shocked reaction made me question her intentions. Was she planning to keep me under treatment for two more months only to suggest a laparoscopy and charge another 50,000?
In total, I wasted 7 months of my life, took loss of pay (LOP) from work, spent a huge sum of money with no proper receipts, and underwent tremendous mental and physical stress.
This was not just a poor experience--it felt unethical and exploitative. I strongly urge others to seek multiple opinions and to ensure they are being treated with honesty, respect, and professionalism.
My sister who had no prior health issues was admitted here for pregnancy/delivery, after c section they told her kidneys were not functioning and we were asked to shift her to GH. In GH she was staying unconscious for a week and all the internal organs failed one by one then she died. The amount of suffering she must have gone through in that week, I pray no one has to go through the same in their life time. Prior to her surgery all scan and blood reports everything was so normal, now all her internal organs gave up, what explanation do you have for that.
The reasoning given by the Rajesh Tilak hospital is it happens to 1 in 10000 women during pregnancy. We are not a kid to believe your lies, the nurse the bill counter everything there is suspicious, this is not a proper hospital, now we don't have our sister and her baby is without mother all because of this hospital. She never once opened her eyes and unfortunately never got to see her baby all because of she was unfortunate position to trust this hospital. You are a multi-speciality hospital in name only, yet you conveniently asked us to shift her to GH so you can escape from the consequences, then remove the multi-speciality from your hospital name.
Do not forget someone powerful up there in the sky is watching your actions. People will see right through your fake reviews, truth will come out one day.
If anyone cares about their loved ones, I strongly advise you to not go anywhere near this hospital, go to GH, because that's the better option according this hospital.
My sister got her baby delivered here. The quality of service and care they have was so good. She had many complications but Dr.Jasmine delivered the baby perfectly. Dr Rajesh took care of the baby very well.
Really not a good doctor always money minded. She made a simple surgery into a complicated one almost killed my sister. In that situation also they want us to pay all the bills and we paid 60k .

In emergency stage we took our grandmother to Rajesh thilak hospital , first day without knowing the cause of sickness, they generated admission bill ( ICU pre-charges) 40,000 , day 2 ,bill value added 25,000 total-65,000 , day 3 total finial bill value 99,000 generated by hospital . 3 days of treatment my grandmother somewhat got well...., after seeing the bill value at night suddenly she passed away....
Conclusion:
Heavy bill value = grandma passed away!!!!
