Very money-minded. Even if you have insurance coverage, they insist on upfront payment for treatment. They convince you that the balance will be refunded once the insurance claim is settled. For surgeries, you must pay the entire expense in advance; otherwise, they won't begin the procedure. Once the insurance amount is received, you'll have to constantly follow up with them to get your advance reimbursed. On top of that, they use every possible tactic to delay discharge procedures, just to add extra room charges to your bill.

31/07/2025 My Wife had a gall bladder surgery. From the time we arrived at the hospital she received excellent care from the Doctors, Nurses and all other staffs. Their hospalality was Top Notch in all aspects All staff are very kind and compassionate. We admitted my brother to this hospital at 4 am when he was in a comatose state because of low sugar. The quick attention and precise diagnosis were of immense help. He was sitting up and talking within a few hours. The doctors and nurses are dedicated and work selflessly. A special mention about the housekeeping and cleaning staff who are disciplined and dedicated. The hospital itself is spic and span, and everything works like clockwork. If anyone needs expert medical treatment (God forbid it, though), the best place to recover quickly is VG Hospital--a special thanks to Dr. V. Venkatesh and Dr. V. Nandini, who patiently explained everything to us.

While we were on holiday in India my husband had to have emergency gall bladder surgery. From the time we arrived at the hospital he received excellent care from the Drs, Nurses and all other staff. I being an attender was also taken excellent care of with delicious vegetarian food being delivered to the room . All staff are very kind and compassionate. I was admitted to VG Hospital on 23.02.25 for observation and testing due to chronic pain in my groin as a result I ended up having Cholecystectomy Surgery (Gallbladder removal). Words cannot do justice to the professional and superb treatment I received under the care of Dr.V.Venkatesh and his team. They are world class and as importantly the caring happy disposition of Dr. V. Venkatesh was healing in itself. All the staff I dealt with were all happy and polite. The nursing staff came in smiling and were very attentive and made the day brighter for both my wife and me. Our physiotherapist Got me up and walking in one day and the Dietician gave sound advice. Thanks to all the duty Medical Officers, Matron and all the others who helped take care of me. Special thanks to Dr. Kala who I loved to chat to, although I got a rebounder every now and then! The food was very good, although the quantity was too much for us oldies. Hygiene was of a high standard too. Committed Professionals and staff to the highest standards!

As per my concern,I went for ortho issue and Dr.Sandeep was treated well and so quite and more takes care about specially Sr.Citizen like me. Dr. Is prescribed only necessary medicine whenever required and not prescribed unnecessary items. So kind enough and explained and positively approached every patient. Thanks Dr.Sandeep Sir. Meanwhile hospital staffs are kind approach towards patient. Good hospital. Thanks VG.

I was worried when I came to know that my wife was dengue positive. I admitted her in VG Hospital. I have been hearing good things about the hospital but this is first time I am experiencing the facilities at VG. My wife was taken care very well during all these days. Nurses were there 24 houra looking after her. The food was very homely and hygienic. The room was cleaned regularly. Even the insurance claim and HR department was very helpful and supportive in all the requirements. I will surely recommend the hospital in future. Thanks to the management.
