I have admitted in urology for 3days for removing stone in both side kidneys.My Dr Alagappan (uro) and Dr Nandakumar (uro) very kind person,Dr Alagappan explained the procedure (PCNL) is excellent and care both doctors are super.saluet both of them. Nursing staff Pirithika,komathi, Mathima , Nursing supervisor kamali care in any time(Night and day)in smile face and ask speed recovery.Thanks regards to Nursing teevtaikll. Duty doctor in the ward super(Name not known),Hospital worker karikalan,Vadivelu clean the bed and swap the room, daily clean to my body very excellent.sanitary worker in time to clean the rest room Kanimozhi & Rajeshwari in pleasent smile and work. I recently underwent ACL surgery under the care of Dr. Arun Geethayan at Apollo Hospital, and I couldn't be more grateful for the entire experience. Dr. Arun is not only a highly skilled orthopedic surgeon but also someone who ensures his patients feel completely at ease. He explained the procedure in detail, patiently addressed all my concerns, and maintained a very calm and reassuring demeanor throughout. The surgery went smoothly, and my recovery has been progressing well thanks to his expertise and guidance. A big thanks to the nursing staff - they were incredibly attentive, compassionate, and professional around the clock. They ensured I was comfortable, pain-free, and well looked after during my stay. The attenders were always ready to assist with a smile, showing genuine care in every interaction. Also, the housekeeping staff kept the environment clean and hygienic at all times, which really made a difference in the recovery process. Overall, the level of care and service at Apollo Hospital was outstanding, and I highly recommend Dr. Arun Geethayan and the wonderful team there to anyone in need of orthopedic treatment.

I did my periodic cardiac evaluation in Apollo, Trichy. Dr.Vijay Shekar was professional, knowledgeable and is very calm. He listens with patience and advises with care. Ms.Sangita in OPD 1 and Ms.Lakshmi and Ms.Pavithra (in the TMT, ECG, and Echo department) were friendly and kind. They did everything very systematically with smiles. The response I received from Ms.Lakshmi over the phone was brilliant. I was able to complete all the tests and the doctor's consultation within a couple of hours. A big thanks to all of them The only suggestion is parking area can be improved.

While the consultation experience with the doctors was satisfactory, our visit to the hospital canteen was very disappointing. The food served was neither fresh nor hot, and the quality was far below expectations. There was no proper ambiance, and the lack of food options made the experience even worse. For a hospital of this reputation, we expected much better facilities for patients and their families. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the canteen service to match the hospital's medical standards.
