I had an excellent experience at Rhock Hospital. The staff was professional, and the facilities were well-maintained. A special thanks to Dr. Ajith Inigo G, who provided exceptional care with great patience and expertise. His dedication and attention to detail made me feel confident throughout my treatment. I truly appreciate his professionalism and kind approach.

I'm confused about the hype surrounding this doctor and hospital. We sought a diagnosis for my father's lower back pain, but the doctor didn't order an X-ray or conduct a thorough assessment. Instead, he quickly concluded it was osteoporosis. Later, in a metro city, we learned it was mechanical bone tension. Recently, after a failed procedure, he's been pushing for more scans without considering a broader perspective before acting.

Very Worst Hospital with poor service at Tirunelveli. They dont even respect anyone. They Hesitate to sit and listen to your health problem. My dad went to Treatment for his backpain but the doctor just look with his eyes (doesnt event touch and see or questioned about what happend?) and gave some medicines for aged releated wear and tear fo the backpain. But his pain lasted long. Later, Just got treatment in other reputed hospital at Nellai came to know that he had Cancer. due to RHOCK Hospital's improper treatment and wrong guidance, he actually got delayed treatment for his pancreas cancer treatment and passed away.

Worst Experience. People from Insurance team not supporting. Rude behaviour, No proper response,Worst attitude. Scolding infront of other patients. Not even giving a basic response to people. I suggestion not to go to this hospital.
