Dr. Gayathri mam .. please give proper instructions for the nurses like how to treat patients. It's no govt hospital, We are paying the bill amount which they demand. Then why all those nurses were behaving rudely. Their behaviour seems like something terrible. They dont have proper knowledge also. We took a blood test and mam asked me to get the report by next day mrg by 8.0 am clk. I came to hospital at 8.15 am. Nurse told tat who asked u to come by 8.0 am clk. Is this a way they talk to patients. Then she asked me to come by 10 am . I came sharply at 10.15. still they had not given my report. They don't respond my phone call also. Finally I got my reports at 2.00 pm. We were waiting for mam for more than 4 hrs. So I decided to get back to home and come by next day morning. So I requested the nurse to give the reports back, bt she refused to give back the report and talked very hardly, they are not supposed to treat like this. How dare she talk like this. I request the management to take proper actions and atleast give them basic training like how to treat patients.

Worst hospital ever in palayamkottai. They treated patient like there slave. The patient waited for 6 to 7 hrs to see Dr. Gayathri... Token system is fully worng... They did not answer to the patient question. The waited 6 hrs are fully waste.. Waste of time.. Don't go to the SMS hospital to see the Dr. Gayathri.

Not hygiene..worst hospital..patients are waited more than 6 hr she cant even respond their doubts about pregnency..worst nurse they treated patients like slave..gayathri was so attitude and careless she done many mistake in delivery..i heard many people told that they have worst experience in this hospital..please go some other hospital

Dr.Gayathri mam is so kind..she try to have a normal delivery for all patients as much as possible..and the worst thing is they did not providing proper bill settlement..the hospital room was not clean.. cockroach came from the bathroom.. otherwise good

Pros - I have a normal delivery. Dr Gayathri was best and friendly manner. I would recommend. Cons - Waiting for more than 3 hours to see the doctor. The next thing is to improve hygiene , very uncleanliness ward room and I noticed few of them are not cutting their nail and not wearing mask at all but they handle the babies. At last I would recommend because of Dr.Gayathri.

Dr. Gayathri mam provides proper care and gentle to their patients.. She is nice to every patients and play a significant role to every pregnant women to enter a new phase of life.. She is god to our family
