CMC Doctors and hospital are undoubtedly very good. The doctors are capable of diagnosing even critical diseases.
The Ranipet campus is also excellent, and a huge number of patients are treated here every day.
However, the doctor appointment process is lengthy, taking a minimum of 3 days. If you have the time and patience, you can come; otherwise, it may not be suitable.
You have to run from one building to another to collect your reports in town campus.
The hospital security team maintains the premises very well. They are punctual and cooperative.
Been coming here since last 20 years, and this time I can say Racism has peaked over here. Disregard for patients and rude behaviour to non locals can be seen everywhere.
Doctors are polite and all good, doctor will tell you test will be done today BUT ALPHA CLINIC has other plans, they will give their convenient date and time, it's almost like they're a government body doing us a favor just by conducting a simple test.
Harassment at every other place just to get your health alright. Absolutely intolerant.
Appointment is scheduled for reporting at 7:30 AM, you come over and they tell you doctor is only available after 2:30 PM. (TELL ME WHAT PART OF IT MAKES SENSE) Because it's simply business, you come and have breakfast, lunch snacks etc over here itself, that's what they want to ensure.
You conduct your basic tests outside, they refuse to check even for sensitive tests like Endoscopy and will ask you to do it again with them.
I can keep going on and on about the bad experiences in a span of 3 simple days. The only thing that still gives me hope are the doctors, and even they sometimes don't/won't give you earliest date for appointment because idk.. it's only better for the local development if you stay for more days in Vellore? That's what?
Travelled from Bangalore to CMC Vellore for Orthopaedic care with a private consultation booking, but was treated like a general consultation. Waited over 4 hours, specialist unavailable, shifted to another doctor. Despite having fresh MRI/X-ray/blood reports, told to redo all tests here. No pain relief prescribed, only "see a physio". Next appointment only on Tue/Fri, with another fee. Is patient time, money, and trust being spent more for revenue than care? For outstation patients, this system is inconvenient, costly, and delays treatment. #PatientRights #CMC
I would have given 0 if it's possible, We reported at 8:30 AM, and were told that Token 11 would be called around 9:00 or 9:30. However, by 9:30, the display was still showing Token R2. Its the same case every time for all department. No proper communication, No proper response. What's going on here? There is no proper sequence or communication.
They have pasted some QR for complaints and reviews but that is the waste of time no use in it. If you want to get better treatment just go some where it's not even worth to spend a single penny
Better treatment place and helpful Guard to Doctors. and second campus RANIPET nice place.
My overall experience in CMCH was good. Here doctors , nurses and medical assistants and even security guards were so good and cooperative but management staff (ACCESS) ranipet campus members specifically the man who handles insurance and company patients was so rude. If the patient is not getting what he's saying he should firstly calm the patient and try to make things clear but he talks so rude and say I will cancel your insurance.this is not the way to behave .
Worst experience ever in my life.. Dental department is quite good but the private Surgeon Doctor i met was not even experienced, i think he might be a practitioner.. He was not able to tell me the reports of MRI and biopsy..
If you need report of your treatment then there is no common department for it.. You have to run from one building to another to gether your reports.. Very disappointed..!
Dear Sir / Mam,
With due respect that I am Advocate of High Court inform you that, in future the hospital face value will down due to Security department.
Today I saw one patient ask to the Security person working at blood collection department that that is he give blood in fasting or take his breakfast. The Security person did not see the document and told him to have his breakfast. When the patient go for breakfast I call him and guide what to do. His document instruction that overnight fasting & 2hrs after Breakfast.
In Ranipet hospital 'B' block radiology department (B001) front get Security person have heavy drunk and from his mouth too much smell.
Kindly do the necessary action.
