Exceptional Care & Service-Oriented Hospital I had an outstanding experience at this hospital in P. Velur. My father was diagnosed with a sub-acute infarct and was at risk of paralysis. Before coming here, we visited another hospital in Velur (which I prefer not to name), where they misdiagnosed his condition and treated him for a fever, which only worsened his situation. Thankfully, we brought him to Dr. Nirmal Kumar, who is truly one of the most knowledgeable and dedicated doctors I have ever met. He quickly identified the issue and immediately recommended a CT scan, which confirmed the diagnosis. With his expert treatment, my father's condition started improving. Even after we returned home, my father suddenly experienced paralysis symptoms at midnight. Despite it being late, Dr. Nirmal Kumar went above and beyond--he not only guided us over the phone but also personally ensured my father received urgent care. Since no neurologists were available at that hour, he took the extra effort to contact the best neuro specialist and followed their guidance to treat my father throughout the night. His dedication and commitment helped prevent my father from suffering permanent paralysis. The nursing staff was also incredibly attentive and caring throughout the night. After discharge, the hospital continued to assist us with follow-up appointments and paperwork. A special thanks to Mrs. Kritika (Hospital Manager) for her exceptional support--she ensured a smooth process without any hassle. This hospital is truly service-minded, unlike many corporate hospitals that focus only on profit. Their priority is patient care, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of medical attention.
