I'm thoroughly impressed with the clinic. The doctor is brilliant, knowledgeable and caring. And the staff is friendly, supportive, and ensures a seamless experience. From lab tests to consultation, everything is conveniently available in one place.

Greetings to all, This is a true and unbiased opinion from my side. I recently visited this clinic for my father's check-up. I am an engineer by profession, and while the main motto of every job is to earn money, people place their trust in doctors--often seeing them just next to God--and spend lakhs of rupees and their lifetime savings on health. Dr. Mamatha, who works at KMC, MGM, and is also a consultant at Rohini, is unfortunately an arrogant and disrespectful doctor. Her clinic is supposed to open at 10:00 AM, but she usually arrives after 12:30 PM, only after completing her other commitments at Rohini and elsewhere. She does not explain the disease or condition properly to the patient or their attendants. If you ask her any questions related to the illness, she replies rudely. There are no UPI payment options at the clinic, and no bills are provided. Although ECG is a basic necessity in the cardiology department, even if a patient has no heart-related symptoms, the staff insists on conducting a 2D Echo, which costs around 1200. The prescribed medications are all branded, costing 4,000-6,000 per month, whereas the same medicines are available outside for approximately 2,500(which are branded as well not generic). The pharmacy staff is polite, but they provide no discount on any medicine. This message is directed to Dr. Mamatha: You are not the only cardiologist in Warangal--others are far better. Please treat your patients with respect and take the time to explain their health conditions clearly and compassionately. There are many excellent doctors in Warangal, such as Dr. Prabhakar Rao and Dr. Ram (Cardiologist), who truly value their patients more than money. Regarding my uncle's angioplasty and stent procedure, which you performed at Rohini under the Arogyasri scheme--you demanded 80,000 from him. But when he asked for a bill, you immediately stopped asking for the money, as the treatment was covered entirely under Arogyasri. This is not a personal attack on Dr. Mamatha Garu, but a sincere opinion intended to help others who may visit her clinic in the future. Let me know if you'd like to add or remove anything.

Dr.Mamatha Reddy mam is an exceptional cardiologist who provided outstanding care for my big mom during challenging time.She is not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in treating her condition but also displayed immense compassion and empathy throughout the process. She always took concerns, explained treatment options clearly and ensured my big mom felt comfortable and supported.We are grateful for Dr.Mamatha mam and their staff dedication and care. I would highly recommend Mamatha Heart Clinic to anyone seeking a doctor who truly puts there patients safety first.

Terrible service! Think twice before visiting this hospital. They seem focused on making money through unnecessary tests. Even after my ECG results were normal, they insisted on additional tests like 2D Echo, blood tests, and a TMT test. I ended up spending 4,000 on a single visit, which I deeply regret. There are more genuine and trustworthy hospitals out there. Please make an informed decision before choosing this one.

The doctor is well managed with quality staff. All the tests and checkups were well coordinated. Iam very happy with the hospitality, caring staff and good doctor.. ( Thank you for your outstanding dedication and care)

The clinic is very near and clean , I visited the last week , and the staffs were so kind and everything was guided by the staffs , it was so easy , we didn't have to face any struggles , personally Dr mamatha ,she was so kind and respectful towards all the patients

All the fans will be available and Ac available but they will not switch on treatment is ok but minimum service providing like water and fans not available

One word is not enough to tell the help and support I received from the clinic Dr Mamtha mam was very professional and kind.I like the way she treated my cousin,she is very ethical. Overall it's a good experience.
