Doctors are very good and explain about treatment ongoing, treatment planned. Staff, nursing, pharmacy, HR, insurance are co-operative. Hospital cleaning, sanitation is satisfactory. Cost wise good. Overall good.

"Worst hospital ever -- no proper staff, dirty washrooms, no ambulance service, and they charge high fees without giving proper treatment. Patients only get worse here." I'm deeply disappointed with how Navjeevan Hospitals is trying to cover up genuine negative feedback. Their response to my earlier review is misleading. Beware of Navjeevan Hospitals. Do not trust the Google reviews for Navjeevan Hospitals -- most are not genuine. In our case, no ambulance came in an emergency, and we lost my father-in-law. Staff is unprofessional, the place is unhygienic, and They also manipulate lab reports and charge lakhs for admission without offering proper treatment. Despite claiming "no hidden charges," we were never given a full breakdown of costs upfront, and the final bill shocked us. Please do not risk your loved ones by trusting this hospital. My review is not about comparison with big hospitals or nursing homes -- it's about basic ethics, transparency, and timely medical support, all of which were severely lacking. Don't fall for their misleading replies -- avoid this hospital at all costs.

Don't go here for serious health issues,can go for small health issues.. As they aren't equipped to take care thoroughly . Neither the machines available nor qualified nurses. Some doctors could be good here but they visit to only diagnose, write tests and leave. After they leave there is no coordination and seriousness. Not even one doctor at night duty mostly. If an emergency case arrives then maybe that night a dr may stay back . So obviously casual attitude comes with all the above mentioned issues. My mom was over dosed and not monitored well, as a result her health suffered further.. Don't go here please

Good service been provided Doctors were always available and treated well.

This is a place full of professionally trained and empathetic staff. Paitients are surely going to be treated with care.

Pros# Doctor Treatment is good Cons# 1. Hospital maintenance is worst 2. No professionalism 3. False commitment , they will collect money as an advance and states that amount will be returned once insurance approvals are received but it will never happen even after multiple enquiries. Getting insurance pre authorization also takes time. 4. No Hygine at hospital and washrooms are better in sulabh complex compared to Navajeevan hospital. complaining about the washroom condition no action was taken even after a week.

Satisfied with what all the treatment given tq Dr anoop sir and sahasra mam..for consulting and good environment given to us by Shivani and maintenance is also good which u have provided...tq
