Extremely Poor Communication
I'm very disappointed with the hospital's management. I've been trying to get in touch and no one answers the phone. I've called multiple times during working hours--no response at all. It's incredibly frustrating, especially when dealing with important health matters. This kind of unresponsiveness is unacceptable for a healthcare facility. Management seriously needs to improve their communication system.
