Beware of unethical practices! My father (a retired Singareni employee) was admitted here on Friday, July 2025, on next day we were informed a urologist advise will be taken and decide for next course of treatment. Despite assuring us that a urologist would consult on Sunday, before any decision, the other staff silently planned a surgery without informing us. We only found out when OT staff asked us last minute if we were aware, which we weren't. They later falsely wrote in the discharge summary that "Urologist opinion was taken on call and advised for plan to surgery and we refused the procedure", when we were never even informed properly. We were clearly informed by the general physician that further treatment decisions would be made after the urologist's in-person visit. My father's blood sugar was 260 mg/dl the same day -- how could surgery even be considered? Also, the ICU looked like a general ward (open to all visitors), yet they charged 3000 per day. The staff in the so-called ICU appeared unprofessional and inexperienced, raising serious concerns about the quality of care provided. This hospital seems to misuse the Singareni medical card by running unnecessary tests and procedures without consent. The staff share reports and take medical advice over phone calls/ WhatsApp and make a surgery decisions which is highly unprofessional and risky for patients. Advice to others: -Don't sign any document without reading and understanding it clearly. -Ensure every procedure is explained. -Watch out for unnecessary investigations. Think twice before admitting your loved ones here, specially Singareni medical card holders.

Recently my sister got admitted at this hospital she got cured very soon. Very attentive and responsible Doctors, nursing staff and entire admin staff. You can compare this hospital with hospitals at metro cities. I have been to Century, Care, NIMS, and medicover(KMNR) hospitals. Thank you Touch hospital mancherial.

Touch hospital is a Best cardiac hospital in the Mancherial city and being patient oriented unlike the other commercial hospitals..poor to rich anybody can come,becoz it's very well maintained hospital Excellent facility for cardiology related issues. Highly regarded for their knowledge, surgery procedures, diagnostics etc. Infrastructure at hospital is properly placed, meeting all the facility norms of a standard hospital. Diagnostics services are affordable at par with any other commercial diagnostics centre.thank you everyone .

Iam patient attender of Jadi Raju. My mother admitted in cardiology department, CAG and PTCA done by Dr Rajesh sir very carefully. All ICU sisters care of my mother very very well. Incharge sir informed everything time to time. Counselling also given. Very clean and neat in ICU. All staff very cooperate.
