HR and Staff are very rude!
Very disappointing experience with River Hospital. The staff, especially HR and Mr. Karimula, were consistently rude and unhelpful. My father was admitted 20 days ago, but we still haven't received the necessary documents for his insurance claim.
Despite multiple calls, there was no proper response, and my father who recovering from knee surgery had to visit the hospital several times just to follow up.
No empathy, no support, I would not recommend this hospital.

My mother in emergency joined in hospital doctor sampath saved my mother life best doctor did great job . Bill wise little bitter but compare to Hyderabad less amount was taken . Had a great experience with RIVER Hospital doctors and staff. Everyone helped us a lot. Co ordination was excellent of everyone. Nursing care was best. Housekeeping staff were helpful. No complaints. Thanks to all. Highly recommended

Do not join in this hospital NEVER. They might have doctors for cardiology but they ignore the other problems of patient until the patient's condition get critical. They just want money only they will not stand on their own words they changes the statements such a irresponsible hospital. I'm not saying this because I lost my father in this hospital but I spent 10 days in this hospital with my father and I saw other patients and their family is also going through same they will not suggest you to go to other place until the patient condition was worst even they can't able to handle the patient from beginning. Such a worst hospital, worst staff and disgusting management.
