Went there today for the first time though I had heard lot of good experience from my wife but felt it myself. The place is neat and clean, staff very courteous and helpful especially Fara who was very professional in her approach and went out of the way to make you feel at ease. The interaction of the doctor was also very friendly and they explain the things in the simplest language so that the patients should understand the things being explained. Overall very good experience

On behalf of our family, we would like to sincerely thank Citizens Hospital. The treatment and care provided to our patient were excellent. Special thanks to ER Srikant Sir, who explained everything to us clearly and patiently. He personally guided us through every department -- whether it was the billing section, insurance section, or even the operation theatre. Without Srikant Sir's support, we would have been very confused. He explained each and every process in detail and made us feel very comfortable.
Even though this was my first time visiting the hospital, it felt like I had been here many times before.
In the insurance department, Ramesh Sir also helped us a lot. He clearly explained the insurance process and ensured it was completed quickly. The billing team also supported us well and gave us accurate information.
The staff and nurses received us very warmly and provided everything on time without delay. I truly feel happy and satisfied.
