We have been taking treatment few months back but sarcastically the receptionist didn't attend our call even after dialling 20/30 times above when we wanted to book an appointment for rechecking. This is quite embarrassing and dirty awkward attitude and nasty behaviour towards customer. The management should look the matter at earliest if they want customer satisfactory.
