worst Management, worst doctor don't care if people are coming from 1000km also. First there receptionist will tell to come on certain day and take appointment in person. When you reach the hospital you will not get the appointment and just they will write medicine withount even diagnose by doctor

Very poor management - do not visit them Go for another doctor. I visited on Friday and have been told that you need to come on Monday at or before 7 so that you can make entry in the appointment list. Upon visiting there is no slip. What a WORST place in terms of management.

It's really a pathetic service prima facies Ther is no arrangement of sitting at all There are 10 seats only for new patients but it got full by the 2 am Guard don't open even parking gate to sit there is no washroom . Asking the guard re reply arrogantly that it will open after 9 am guard mahender singh mishbehaved with me on asking washroom direction

Not worth it. Appoinment is soo hectic and imposible to get one should just consult other doc who's available.

Doctor is good.. Staff is pathetic. No way to talk to with customers Idiotic people are hired .disappointed with the staff behaviour

Dr Prashant Pareek is one of the best general surgeon we have come across with. He was very supportive throughout the whole treatment. Hospital facilities were excellent too, cleanliness was their priority. A good and delightful experience throughout. Lata Sharma

For the new commers: The process is hectic. No one is there to guide you, so lemme lay it out. This is solely on the basis of my experience and what I was told by fellow patients. 1. Firstly appointments are made on Wednesday & Friday. 2. You need to be physical there at 5am. You will be lucky if there's a hospital staff taking names. In my case I had to entrust my name to a patient who was taking names and was on the list. Get your name on the list. 3. Then you have to come at 9:30 am the same day. Go to the parking lot in the basement where metal chairs are there, but you won't find any empty. 4. Then you will be allowed to come to the reception area. Everyone will rush and you will feel like a sheep following the crowd 5. At the reception names will be called out according to the list and a digital record will be made and a slip will be generated. 6. You will be told the day, time & the assigned doctor. None of which are negotiable. 6. You come on the day and given time, wait for hours no matter how early you get there. 7. That's It, I guess. Side note: Don't expect anything other than ruthless indecency by the staff no matter what your class or creed or status of health. Ps: I repeated number 6 in my list. I took sanity pills after writing this, and if you missed it too maybe you need some.

Never seen such a ridiculous and ill mannered staff of any hospital or clinic in my life. It is hard to accept from a doctor who got "padamshri" in recent times. Doctors have to take immediate action on the same otherwise whole fame would gone. Hope this advice would help them. Not advisable at all.
