Look at the condition of this private hospital in Aligarh. This is their private room which is not even clean and there are no good facilities in it. No one listens even after saying it two-three times, work gets done, after complaint no geyser in bathroom looks so dirty please don't go in this hospital you will be feel like you are in government hospital their management is so bad

I visited your hospital on 1 June,2025 and was told that Doctor is on leave and I must visit the next day by 10:00a.m. So, following the instructions I visited on 2 June,2025 at 10:00a.m. But Doctor arrived late at 11:00a.m. After that Doctor asked for X-ray and blood tests. I did the same but at your Receipt Counter, none of them were able to understand what Blood Test Doctor has written on prescription and neither the higher authorities were concerned about resolving the issue more than 20 min. NOTE: I can understand that one might don't understand the writing but showing such negligence towards the pain of a patient is unacceptable from a responsible hospital like you.

All nursing staff and doctors are very good, Got good treatment, But the management regarding managing rooms is very poor Rooms are dirty and corridor walls also dirty with dust and mud...

I am writing to inform you about an inconvenience I have been facing. The bathroom door lock is not functioning properly, and due to this, it becomes very uncomfortable and inconvenient to use the bathroom. It is difficult for a person to freshen up without the assurance of privacy.

Dr. Neha Singh is a very good doctor. I visited her a few days ago for a dental issue, and she listened to me patiently, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. Highly recommend her to everyone.

This hospital is straight up money making machine. They deal with cash only. No online payments accepted, excuses made with disrupted machine. Dr Atul singhal is a very arrogant doctor with bad conversational skills, has no listening capacity. Okay fine they'll do the basic when the patient is critical but doesn't really have much of a heart in treating the patient. Infact they just run for profit. I tell u money earned this evil way will never accomplish a good deed.

We brought a patient Jagdish Prasad suffering from diarrhea to Rusha Hospital(Shekhar Saraf Memorial Hospital), where he was admitted and showed improvement within two days. However, shortly afterward, we were informed that the patient had developed a kidney infection in which there was no any problem of kidney in past for the patient and was subsequently put on dialysis. Despite three dialysis sessions, there was no improvement in his creatinine levels. Dr. K.D. was overseeing the case, but no progress was observed. We feel that the initial treatment was mishandled, with incorrect and inadequate medications given, which may have contributed to further complications. The treatment was carried out without the involvement of a qualified nephrologist, raising serious concerns about the hospital's approach. It appears that the hospital prioritized financial gain over proper patient care, misleading the patient's family throughout the process. Additionally, the behavior of the hospital security staff was extremely unprofessional. One individual in particular, named Titu, was especially rude and used inappropriate language with the patient's caretaker. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to exercise caution and not recommend Rusha Hospital to anyone.

I visited Dr. Neha Singh a few days ago for a dental issue, and she gave me enough time to understand my problem. She explained everything clearly and performed the treatment with great care. A very good dental doctor--highly recommend her to everyone.
