Very worst experience very bad service and dr is also a bad there is one lady doctor Manisha she want only money not carring for petient. If any emergency you have thay will charge for emergency but thay doesn't provide any emergency service to patient. This is a humble request to everyone don't go for this hospital.if you have lots of time than go.othervise pls don't

Approximately provide all treatment except major surgery....and provide 24*7 services....but on Saturday,only serious patients or Indoor patients will be considered for treatment.But must be taken care of hygiene of every toilets available in the hospital.

Ruma Hospital Review: Disappointing Experience I am writing this review to share my experience at Ruma Hospital on 29 April 2024. While I had heard things about their facilities and experienced doctors, my visit fell far short of expectations. The Disappointing Arrival Arriving at 4 pm with my 90+Year-old grandmother in need of immediate medical attention, we were met with a locked main gate due to floor cleaning. Thankfully, the janitor was helpful and alerted the staff within. However, the response we received was unacceptable. Unprofessional and Uncaring Staff A seemingly uninterested attendant emerged with a stethoscope, only to inform us the doctor was absent and to return later. There was no attempt to offer initial pain management or even a wheelchair despite my request. Lack of Basic Care and Empathy The situation worsened when the janitor, after helping me navigate the locked premises in the basement, informed me the attendant had refused entry due to the doctor's absence. The reception area, resembling a cage, housed a group of staff members who, upon my plea to provide a bed for my grandmother, responded with laughter. Seeking Care Elsewhere This complete lack of empathy and disregard for basic healthcare principles left me appalled. With no choice, we returned to the car and sought immediate care at a different hospital. Conclusion This experience at Ruma Hospital was deeply disappointing. The staff's unprofessionalism and the overall lack of care raise serious concerns. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hospital to explore other options, especially in an emergency situation.

Very bad hospital. Here is no best facility and very bad environment inside hospital and no cleaning rooms and beds very bad condition.

here service like Govt. Hospital, Docter not available in night, and Both Dr. Rajendra and his son Dr. Manish very unprofessional. then can not handel any emergency case. Chargest is too high. very unhygienic hospital.

All medical facilities available here. Every patients are treated as soon as possible. Doctors are so good and friendly. Thanks Rooma hospital
