Dr. Chandarkant Atrey Memorial Multi-Specialty Hospital and Trauma Centre in Bijnor has a terrible staff. The OPD work is extremely slow, and even if you arrive on time, you'll likely have to wait for around 4 hours. It's quite unprofessional.
While the doctors are good, the staff is appalling. During eye dialysis, the staff doesn't even properly administer eye drops and is often busy using their phones. There's a complete lack of seriousness and organization among the staff. After applying eye drops, they don't even provide tissue paper.
It's not like the fees are low; they're actually quite high. It seems like these people aren't interested in providing good service. Overall, I'd say the staff needs a lot of improvement.

Dr avdhesh sir behaviour very well Not a money minded hospital Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when i checked in. The staff and doctor were all very friendly.
