Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Behavior of Female Staff at GRM Hospital, Dhampur I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unprofessional behavior of certain female staff members at GRM Hospital, Dhampur. It has been observed that these staff members consistently fail to communicate respectfully and courteously with patients. Their manner of interaction is often dismissive, rude, and lacks the empathy expected in a healthcare setting.This behavior not only affects the patient experience but also undermines the trust and comfort that patients seek when visiting your facility. I kindly request that this matter be investigated thoroughly, and appropriate action be taken to address the conduct of the concerned staff members to ensure a more compassionate and professional environment for all patients.Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and inform me of the steps that will be taken to resolve this issue

OPD staff not coprative every time when we going hospitals they made mistake for number and Not listening properly and they reply look like they are so Big Doctors . For hospital customer service is very important but OPD staff not understand the customer service, one things more if anyone want going to take appointments so please go to hospital early morning like 08:00 am and Write the number of hospitals note book This review for OPD staff service so bad. Need to upgrade OPD staff service

Best hospital in dhampur for gynecologist do not force for c section she is doing our work honesty neg opinion hone chahiyaa development kauai hoga. And A very old orthopedic surgeon is also available for our service

Doctor is very nice in behavior and she treats patients very nicely. Best in city. Also staff is very cooperative and helpful. Highly recommended

Hospital facilities r too good , i got my first and second delivery here . Dr Rashmi Verma operated me .My both deliveries are normal . She is so caring and soft speaking person. Staff is also good .

Worst hospital only money making attitude, one of my relative Rashmi spoiled her case...not sure how they are running this hospital...if you love your life avoid this butcher house...

If you love you life then NEVER visit to this hospital they have worst doctor specially that orthopaedic doctor.he spoiled the case of my mother . He has no knowledge and just make money by telling different different problem on every visit in everything. I consulted for 3 family members and that fraud doctor gave same medicine for all 3 and told all of them has fracture. Luckily i took 2nd opinion and saved ourself from this fraud. He doesn't give any receipt for any payment and stealing income tax from government
