1 star for the staff and 5 Star for the Doctors. The review is to express my deep concern regarding the behaviour and inefficiency of the front desk staff at the billing counter especially. While the medical services and doctors at the hospital are commendable and professional, the same cannot be said for the front office personnel, particularly those handling billing. On multiple occasions, I have observed--and personally experienced--rude and uncooperative behaviour from the billing staff. Instead of assisting patients efficiently and compassionately, they often cause unnecessary confusion and frustration. Patients are frequently redirected between different counters based on payment methods (card vs. cash), with little to no clear communication. To make matters worse, patients are sometimes told to go to different floors for billing, only to be sent back to the main billing counter by the OPD reception. This back-and-forth is not only inconvenient but also distressing for individuals who may already be dealing with health concerns. It is disheartening to witness such a disconnect in patient care and service at an institution founded by the late Padmashree Narinder Nath Mohan, whose legacy of dedication and excellence in healthcare should be reflected at every touchpoint of the hospital experience. Unfortunately, the current conduct of the front-line staff tarnishes that legacy and leaves a poor impression of the institution's commitment to patient well-being. Comprehensive training in patient interaction, empathy, and standard operating procedures for billing should be prioritised for the front desk teams. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and efficiency from the moment they enter the facility--not just by the doctors, but by every member of the hospital staff.

The quality of doctors and treatment here is the best. This is a hospital where you receive excellent care, and you only leave once you're fully recovered. My father and grandfather underwent several successful surgeries here, including spine and heart operations, among many others. But the treatment is costly.

Too poor service, zero management Extremely disappointed with the way the hospital managed a recent diagnostic visit. They do not have a PET scan facility on-site and referred us to an external clinic. The hospital arranged an ambulance but failed to plan properly. Once we were seated in the vehicle, we were told another patient also needed to be taken--leading to unnecessary waiting in 40-degree summer heat for over 30 minutes. For patient who is sick..I mean seriously To make things worse, when we called the ambulance for the return trip, the driver casually mentioned they were short-staffed and it would take a while. Is this really how a hospital manages patient care?

Doctors are good and supportive but staff is very bad. It seems like most of the people are hired here by references or jaan pehchaan. They are very unprofessional and I'll mannered. They don't know how to talk to patients properly.

Dr Sanjay Gupta, Neurologist at Narinder Mohan Hospital Mohan Nagar is Extremely unprofessional and has no regard for the mental health and general health of his patients he is rude, threw my test reports like I'm seeking a treatment for free, a doctor's aura should be such that you feel well from just the way he speaks to you, this doctor will cause you so much panic that you will feel more sick than you already are. Refrain visiting Dr Sanjay Gupta for any Neurology Cases, there are better doctors with more experience and class

My experience at this hospital was awful. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and the hygiene was terrible. The private room's washroom was dirty, and there were mice in the emergency area. Nurses were inexperienced, and the overall service was poor. The hospital really needs to improve staff management and cleanliness.

Nursing Staff is very good and cooperative. Take care of kid very well and explained things
