She guided me with genuine care, always prioritizing my well-being and that of my baby. I highly recommend Dr. Neetu Gupta to all expecting mothers. If you're looking for an experienced gynecologist who advocates for natural delivery and offers thoughtful, patient-centered care -- she is the one to trust.

I had a wonderful experience at this hospital. The staff is incredibly friendly specially pharmacy staff was very professional and attentive. The doctors took the time to listen to all my concerns and explained everything clearly. The nurses were compassionate and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. I had a disappointing experience at V Care Hospital, Ghaziabad, particularly with Dr. Amit Seth (Surgeon). From the start, there was a noticeable lack of communication, empathy, and professionalism. The consultation felt rushed and dismissive. My concerns were not addressed properly, and I felt unheard throughout the interaction. There was insufficient explanation about the condition, treatment plan, or surgical risks, which left me confused and anxious. Post-consultation follow-up and clarity were also lacking, which is unacceptable for a surgical case. When you visit a hospital, especially for a surgical opinion, you expect not just clinical knowledge but also respectful and patient-centric care. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.

Both my daughters Aaliya and Mehek had typhoid and their infection had increased a lot. I went to 2/3 hospitals in Ghaziabad where no one even attended to them properly. I searched on Google and came to V Care Hospital, where both of them were admitted and they were treated very well by Dr. Naveer Tyagi ji. The cleanliness of the ward was also very good and the behaviour of all the ward nurses was very good. I liked the V care hospital in the nearby hospital the best.

Would highly recommend Neetu Mam to all the pregnant women out there. She is one of the most amazing Doc we have ever come across. She made my wife deliver our baby normally and the nurse she asigned to my wife was so good, who took care of her so well and was motivating my wife through out the whole delivery process. If you are looking for an experienced doc and wants normal delivery then you should consult Neetu Mam. Thanks mam for everything

Very disappointed service as we had a conversation with reception that we need to meet dr naveen tyaagi , from reception they have confirmed us that dr will be at hospital at 1pm, and we have visited on time with a baby of 11 days and when i am posting this review i am sitting in hall with a new born 11 days baby in this cold whether and waiting from past 50 minute and if asking anything on reception they are saying doctor will come after 2:30 pm and the people who is sitting on reception the way he is replying its feels like he is irritated while answering my question (when doctor will come on the board timings are 1 pm to 2 pm) he is saying you must have called in the clinic doctor will come only after 2:30. This is very pathetic and unprofessional from this Vcare hospital.. i am attaching the photo which is written on the board that dr naveen tyaagi timings are 1 pm to 2pm. On call they should have informed this that dr will come 2:30.. we are sitting here with cold whether and 11 days new born baby... in future not going to refer this hospital to anyone dr arrived at 2:30 ,however on call we were informed timing as per timings written on board uploaded.
