I would like to share my personal experience with this hospital, and I strongly recommend that patients reconsider visiting this facility based on the following concerns: Despite being hospitalized, doctors did not visit regularly, and most seemed to be working only as consultants. There was a lack of proper patient care and attention, which is extremely disappointing in a healthcare setting. The focus appeared to be more on financial gain rather than providing quality medical treatment and support. This feedback is based on my own experience, and I sincerely hope the hospital management takes this seriously and initiates immediate improvements in patient care, staff attentiveness, and overall medical service quality. Patients deserve better, and I hope my feedback helps bring about a positive change.

Dr Kapil Chaudhary is the worst, please don't seek his guidance if you actually want to get better, he is very rude and misbehaves with his patients, i took my mother there for physiotherapy and they did not even bother to listen where pain is and just handed a hot bag for three days as if we can't do that at home, it was hot so we asked to turn on the AC they refused, we asked for tissue they rudely refused. On the third day, we raised these issues and then just stopped going there. When we took her there she was at least able to walk properly but due to their wrong treatment she is in more pain and has now difficulty walking. Please it's my request don't get your dear ones treated by him.

I am writing this review with a heavy heart and immense disappointment regarding the care my father-in-law received at Promhex Hospital. We admitted him due to severe back pain and a concerning abdominal lump. Dr. Gunjan, who had seen him in the past and was familiar with his history, was our preferred choice. While we appreciated Dr. Gunjan's prior knowledge of my father-in-law's case, we were deeply concerned by the limited attention he received during his three-day admission, with only three visits from the doctor. Our primary worry was the abdominal lump, which Dr. Gunjan assured us was "nothing but fat gathered in one place." The ultrasound report, however, painted a different picture, with the sonographer strongly recommending a CT scan. To our dismay, my father-in-law was discharged the very next day without the recommended CT scan being performed. Two weeks later, as his pain intensified significantly, we took it upon ourselves to get a CT scan done. The results were devastating: the lump was diagnosed as widespread cancer. We are heartbroken and feel that precious time and opportunities for early intervention were lost due to the lack of thorough investigation at Promhex Hospital. We had placed our trust in the medical professionals here, believing them to be pillars of hope. This experience has, unfortunately, shattered that trust. We earnestly wish that a CT scan or MRI had been advised and acted upon during his admission. It's difficult to reconcile the significant financial outlay with the care received, especially when faced with such a critical diagnosis that was seemingly overlooked. We sincerely hope that Promhex Hospital will re-evaluate its patient care protocols to prevent other families from enduring such a painful and regrettable experience. It's vital that thorough diagnostics are prioritized, particularly when a sonographer's report raises red flags. We would caution others to consider their options carefully when seeking medical care for their loved ones.
