The Doctor is absolutely a Respected Person with best consultation possible . The worst thing here is the management . My father had collapsed unconscious at 3:30pm . We visited the clinic after an appointment for the same time . The management didnot care to escalate the condition and it's already 5:45pm that I am writing this review . I requested the management to take the case since appointment was for 3:30 but the management is rude and laughs and grins rather than being hospitable . Trust me , if you are visiting here you will be in the queue for approx 4-5 hours minimum with or without an appointment . Worst management ! Donot visit in case of emergency ! Only come if you have ample of time .The doctor is no doubt a gem because of which I waited for my turn .

Doctor is very good but keeps extremely poor staff, especially the ladies at the reception (they both are pathetic) and the one who coordinates patients to doctors. They never follow number systems properly and it will lead to 3-4 hours of waiting period, they push u to come early by saying that your number will come soon but after collecting their fee, they make u wait min. 2-3 hours. Word of caution: they only accept cash. No UPI or cards are accepted here and bring your own snacks/water or else u will be hungry and there are no tea/coffee shops nearby. Fee is reasonable but the kind of time it takes, it's better to go at some other place and shed 300 rs. More to save your time and energy. You may handle your emergency's better.

Poor management, went to doc clinic at 2:30 PM, I was 2nd number in the list, doctor met 10 medical representatives in between and combined his OPD with TMT/2D tests, I was done with the tests by 5:45 PM, improvement is required. Que of MR's from 2:30 PM inside the clinic, its a bad practice. At the end the receptionist gave the report, which I have to take it to the doctor for his signatures (which is a pathetic practice of involving patient for the clerical work)

Staff is no idea what to say. After taking online appointment they sey take appointment by call. I don't know then why online appointment facility is available. After taking appointment also you have to wait a lot 1.5 to 2 hours may be more. Only common dialogue they have that "While coming to consult a doctor you should have a lot of free time". Doctor is polite and respectful and very experienced but staff is worst.

To all please don't waste ur time look for a better doctor he over keep you awaiting not serious in his professional we waited 3.30 hrs just for consultation and we left without it pity on service n people visiting .i am not sure will it effect him but I learnt my lesson not to visit him again thanks doctor. An advice you need 4/5 hrs n patience for his advice hahaha.

Doctor is very unprofessional and staff is very rude, they don't care about patients. In emergency don't come here Because waiting period is so long.

Go there only if emergency or some doctor has prescribed, otherwise it's one of the worst place , doctor, technician,staff goes on long breaks anytime , even if there are 2-3 patient in waiting room still it may take 3-4 hours till your turn come, receptionist is rude and behaves like this is a charitable place

Nothing is in their hand ....staff is just staff they can't be a boss ...kindly manage yourself with time n be patience ...if there is emergency ask them to do something but once be patience ...I had a good experience
