Today my mother visited Regency Hospital for a consultation. Unfortunately, the experience at the reception was extremely disappointing.
The receptionist spoke very rudely and behaved in an unprofessional manner, which is unacceptable in a hospital that claims to provide quality care.
Patients and their families deserve to be treated with respect, sensitivity, and courtesy, especially at the front desk which forms the first impression of the hospital.
I sincerely request the hospital management to take strict note of this incident and ensure appropriate action is taken, so that no other patient has to face such behavior in the future.
No matter how good the doctors or facilities may be, poor staff attitude can ruin the entire experience.

I recently visited for a routine full health checkup, and the experience was excellent overall. The facility is clean, hygienic, and well-maintained. The entire process was hassle-free and well-guided, with a smooth flow from pathology to radiology tests.
It took around 3 hours to complete all tests, and I was impressed by the streamlined process and the use of top-notch equipment. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout, making the experience comfortable and stress-free.
The only suggestion for improvement would be to reduce the total time to around 2 hours, which would make the experience even better. My 4-star rating is not for the service itself, which was excellent, but for the potential to enhance efficiency.

If you have an ultrasound scheduled, be prepared to spend the whole day at the hospital, fasting from morning till 4-5 pm."The doctors' punctuality is a concern as they often arrive late, and the staff's attitude can be quite unfriendly..
