Worst Experience ever in any super speciality hospital. Booked my appointment since one week and reached hospital before time but the staff said appointment doesn't matter you have to wait for your number as its on first come first serve basis. 12:20 pm was my appointment and my turn came at 3:00pm. Again next we go to max pharmacy and we waited for one and a half hour but no one is giving the proper answer also not returning back the doctor prescription. Atlast patient itself came and take the prescription as they are still searching for medication. Very unsupportive behavior of hospital staff. Very poor communication. Very poor arrangements. They have the only good thing is doctors on which they are making everything else worst

Date 21 july 2025 I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unprofessional and negligent behavior of certain hospital staff members, particularly the porters, towards patients admitted to your facility. My patient is currently admitted to [Hospital Name], and I have observed a consistent pattern of irresponsibility and carelessness by the staff. Specifically, the porters transport patients to various locations within the hospital but abandon them without ensuring their safety or comfort. They leave patients unattended, often with dismissive remarks such as, "Do whatever you want, no one will listen," when concerns are raised. This lack of accountability and disregard for patient care is unacceptable and deeply concerning. Furthermore, when attempts are made to address these issues with the staff, there is no proper channel or responsive authority to listen to complaints, leaving patients and their families feeling helpless. I urge you to investigate this matter immediately and take appropriate action to ensure that: Staff, including porters, are trained to handle patients with care and responsibility. A proper grievance redressal system is established for addressing complaints promptly. Accountability is enforced to prevent such negligent behavior in the future. I hope you will treat this matter with the urgency it deserves and take corrective measures to improve patient care in your hospital. Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and inform me of the actions taken to resolve these issues.

I recently delivered my baby at Max Hospital, Lucknow, on 14th April 2025, and I couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional care I received throughout my pregnancy and delivery. A heartfelt thank you to my gynecologist, Dr. Himani Negi, who has been a constant pillar of support and expertise from day one of my pregnancy till the safe delivery of my baby. Her calm demeanor, attention to detail, and surgical excellence are truly commendable. I especially want to highlight how neat her surgical hand is -- I can't even make out where my stitches are! My overall stay at the hospital was very comfortable and reassuring. The nursing staff was polite, responsive, and supportive -- a special mention to Sister Radhika on the 10th floor and a few other nurses from the Gynae department who were always just a call away. The paediatricians made timely visits, specially, tips to care for the baby from Dr. Rana Chanchal and Dr. Trushant came in handy time to time. They ensured my baby was healthy and well-fed, and explained everything patiently, which brought great peace of mind to a new mom like me. A huge thank you to the GDA staff, whose work might seem small but was incredibly vital in keeping the surroundings clean and sanitized. A special mention to Miss Farzana from Absolute Company, who was extremely helpful, kind, and supportive throughout my stay. I also want to appreciate Mr. Pramit Mishra at Max Hospital, who, despite holding a high post, takes personal interest in even the minor details and goes out of his way to ensure that any concerns brought to his attention are addressed promptly. His commitment to patient satisfaction and smooth operations is commendable. He is a true leader and mentor, and under his guidance, I believe Max Hospital will continue to flourish and grow -- becoming not just one of the best in Lucknow, but one of the best in the entire country. All in all, Max Hospital is one of the best places you can choose to deliver your baby. I'm deeply thankful to the entire team for making this journey such a smooth, safe, and wonderful experience for me and my baby.

Lucknow. Max Hospital is a great hospital which is still establishing its system after a lot of changes. There may be some problems with patience, but they have a great management team. There is a great management lady who manages everything and she will accompany you with a very polite behavior. She will support the patient. They have a great management team of great doctors, which includes ENT, dermatologist, orthopedic pain management and other doctors. I have consulted them and after consulting them, today I am able to do my daily routine well because of their excellent treatment, and Max Hospital also has ECHS facilities which are very helpful for people like X-Army, they have many facilities for medical tests like MRI, CT, X-ray, blood test and many more. And this is a very organized hospital. Changes are happening, so it will take time to make more arrangements, but this is a great hospital.
