One of the most incompetent doctors i have seen in my life, having this much experience and not even knowing what treatment shall be prescribed to a patient with shortness in breath due to heart conditions is pathetic, and the hospital he's a part of is the most incompetent, rude and heartless hospital of meerut. This doctor and hospital duo is totally incompetent, please if your patient is not serious go to delhi or anywhere else for Cardiology related issues.
